This event is held inside the School of Nork.
The NPC's are not necessarily used in the order you come across them.

First NPC when you come up the stairs is

<Mrs.M> Yes, bring me a scholastic gold nugget.
Bring her a gold nugget which drops off of Orcs on N-1. It is called a rock in the scrol when you search.
<Mrs.M> You have completed my studies.

<Mr.M> Ah, an up and coming pupil, are you here to learn?

<Mr.M> Ah my yound student, we must learn the past to understand the future.

<Mr.M> Go forth, find a plaque containing the history of Nork.
Find a FATE CARD which drops off Orcs in N-2. It will be listed under Gems.

Find a pointy green vial from Trolls on N-3. BE SURE TO CLOSE THE BOTTLE WHEN YOU FIND IT or it will spill out (may not be critical)
