Currently, there is a system bug that brad is aware of but doesn't care enough to fix.
When you die and restore, you lose constitution.
But, if die on a healer NPC or get CCed, the con returns.
That doesn't work for Imbue (recharging) unless you lose 1st con to death.
Any additional con loss from imbue will be restored if you do that.
If you don't lose 1st con from death, all con loss from imbue disc will have to be replaced via bottles, quirks or quest
Every time you cast imbue to recharge an item, you have the possibility of losing con.
